We collect only what is strictly necessary to prevent fraud, audit property authenticity, and ensure secure tenant-landlord communication.

2. Information We Collect

• Phone Numbers: Verified via OTP for account access and direct WhatsApp connections.
• Property Details & Photos: Locality, rent, amenities, and room photographs uploaded by owners.
• Ownership Verification Documents: Landlord electricity bills (JVVNL), JDA / Nagar Nigam tax receipts, or registry proofs submitted for verification.
• Government ID (KYC): Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID for landlord identity verification where applicable.

3. Strict Document Isolation & Security

Landlord identity documents and property ownership proofs are stored in a dedicated, private encrypted cloud storage bucket. These documents are never published on the website, never shared with tenants, and never indexed by search engines. They are only inspected by authorized Vassgo Jaipur moderation staff for verification purposes.

4. Zero Broker Data Sharing

Vassgo maintains a strict zero-brokerage model. We do not sell, rent, or distribute tenant or landlord phone numbers to real estate brokers, marketing agencies, or unsolicited third parties.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request to view, update, or completely delete your account, listings, and stored verification documents at any time by contacting our Jaipur data protection desk at support@vassgo.com.
