1. The Vassgo Platform

Vassgo is a direct rental platform operating exclusively in Jaipur. We facilitate direct connections between residential property owners and prospective tenants with 0% brokerage.

2. Landlord Obligations & Truth in Advertising

• Landlords warrant that they hold lawful title, ownership, or authorized power of attorney for properties listed on Vassgo.
• All photographs must depict the actual property and room condition in Jaipur. Stock photos and deceptive imagery are prohibited.
• Landlords must disclose actual rental rates, deposits, maintenance fees, and utility arrangements honestly.

3. Zero Advance Fee Safety Policy

Tenants are strongly advised never to transfer advance token money or deposits before personally inspecting the property and meeting the owner. Vassgo staff will never request cash or digital payments on behalf of a landlord.

4. Moderation & Listing Removal

Vassgo reserves the right to suspend or reject any listing that fails Jaipur locality checks, provides unreadable or invalid documents, or violates Rajasthan rental regulations.
